Very efficient and reliable and very good customer service
Travelled to Kenya in December last yr and my flight was delayed for more than 6hrs. I contacted click2refund and they were on it. Very efficient and reliable and very good customer service. I would highly recommend the company if you are ever eligible for flight compensation.
I have used Click2Refund previously and had no problem with receiving compensation after I followed up with a couple of emails to find out the progress of each case. This time Irwin was my case agent and he was ever so helpful. I would highly recommend the company if you are ever eligible for flight compensation. You are unlikely to get compensated if you deal directly with the airlines.

Wanted to thank Emma for her constant engagement and total devotion to the client needs. The whole process took almost a year, but I expected smth like this from Wizz Air, they are notorious for their unwillingness to pay out compensations. Despite all this, Click2Refund made the whole process as easy and seamless as might be. I’d definitely recommend to everyone who wants their rights to be fulfilled but without getting a degree in law.

Highly recommended!!! I thought it was too good to be true when I lodged my case with Click2Refund in early February 2025 after Swiss Air cancelled a flight without giving any reasons. I was delayed by 9 hours. They were able to secure compensation on my behalf and after 3 months my claim was paid. A big shout out to Eli for all the help!

Click 2 Refund helped four of us who had a business class trip from London LHR to Dallas DFW cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The scheduling of additional lodging and rebooking was a multi-hour event. Eli assisted me on getting the appropriate EU regulated refund for the four of us. He was informative and helpful at every step. I highly recommend this service and Eli in particular.

I would recommend their assistance and support.
Click2Refund assisted me with obtaining a refund from KLM. A flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam arrived significantly late which meant we missed onward connections to Sydney which resulted in me having to purchase over $4000 worth of tickets for my family of three. Click2Refund achieved an $1800 euro refund which assisted cover these costs minus their fee. I would recommend their assistance and support.

Kudos to u guys at Click2Refund
These guys are Legit and i can assertively say im satisfied with their service. We had flight delays in late Feb, slotted in the claims early March. It did take some time of waiting and back to back correspondence with Click2Refund but compensation came through today (mid June) However the catch is that Click2Refund does all the claims for you cost free and when the compensation is paid, they take 29% of the money. This makes it stressless, hustle free and gives one a peace of mind rather than run back and forth with the Airline... I would therefore recommend these guys. Kudos to u guys at Click2Refund.
