BA cancelled my flight with two hours notice. Click 2 refund came to the rescue. With very little fuss, they corresponded with me immediately via email asked for a couple of details and told me they would get back to me. They did. A couple of weeks later, I was informed my claim was successful and I would receive money in a few days time. I did. 🙏.
