Two thumbs up—I would absolutely recommend Click2Refund
A little late with this review, but I must say I honestly didn’t expect much at first—and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out. After researching a few options, I came across Click2Refund. I submitted all the required information. The website clearly states that claims can take some time, so I knew upfront that patience would be required. I was asked to provide my bank details for the deposit, which I was initially hesitant to do. After doing some research and confirming everything seemed legitimate, I went ahead and submitted the information. Shortly after, I was informed that the reimbursement amount was €2,000 (€400 per person), minus a 29% fee for their service. While the fee is noticeable, I honestly don’t think I would have pursued the claim successfully on my own—and many people simply wouldn’t bother at all. Overall, the service delivered exactly what it promised, and the outcome exceeded my expectations.

I'm delighted to have received my refund today
I'm delighted to have received my refund today, I was 2 months waiting but it was well worth the wait, I made contact via email once with Click 2 Refund and got a prompt reply from Allen letting me know that he was following up on my request, and I received updates after that to reassure me that it was on the way. Best of all was that my friend travelling with me claimed directly with the airline and he got €100 less than what I got from Click 2 Refund 🤣 👏
