Tried this service for the first time this year, and was not disappointed. It takes a few weeks, but it works. They will initiate the request of reimbursement with the airline and process the payment once it's received, withholding a percentage (29%) from it. No credit card/prepayment needed, they don't get paid if you don't get paid. Will definitely keep in mind for future travels.

I have nothing but good things to say since my experience was smooth and relatively fast. Since the moment I reached out, sent my documentation and got my money deposited on my account, it might have been 6-8 weeks total and they were in charge of dealing with the airline, not me, and they got the compensation I was asking for.

Norwegian had refused to compansate due to "extraordinary circumstances"
They handled my brother's case, with over 6 hours Norwegian flight from Athens to Arlanta Sweden, at October 2022. Norwegian had refused to compansate due to "extraordinary circumstances" (unknown object) of the delay. However, click2refund efforts were successful, almost 3 years after, and he received the mutual agreed compensation.
