We had to change my itinerary because our flight was delayed for more than 5 hours. We submitted our complaint with Click 2 refund and we received their response initially. They requested some documents and they submitted our application. They were very informative during the process and just one month after we received our refund. I flew with Qatar Airlines to Thailand from Germany. My flight was delayed maybe 8 hours! I tried to take compensation from many companies, like AirHelp, ClaimCompas etc... None of them could win ky case because Qatar Airlines was not flying under European rules:( I was very sad and felt injustice. In July 2023, I bought three Persanal tickets from Turkish Airlines. They had planned for us to fly from Copenhagen at 22:00 and land in Ankara about three hours later, but it never happened. We were stuck at the airport until the next morning at 07:00 and we didn't get hotel accommodation either. We were more than 8 hours late when we got back to Copenhagen. Compensation received - Even though it took 8 months to resolve it was successfully closed! British Airways was late from Budapest to London by 50 minutes and we missed our LA connection. It was clearly their fault but declined all of our requests. After contacting Click2 Refund we exchanged some mails with Oscar and finally we received compensation. They are great and reliable. Their services are provided on a "no win, no fee" basis. Therefore, if they do not win the case, you will not be required to pay anything. - If they do win your case, they will charge a 29% service fee plus 12% litigation/legal fees from the compensation amount. This is fair in my opinion. Cut the long story short we reveived the amount due to us today. Exactly the amount we expected. Perfect job. Oscar was great to support us. Thank you.

My case wasn't obvious at all from an eligibility point of view, but they still managed to get me full compensation. Everyone I spoke to there were super friendly and competent, especially Simon who became my point of contact. Never had to repeat anything I asked, everything was always clear and concise. I've used some competitor services in the past but will definitely always use Click 2 Refund when needed from now on (I came across you guys on a Reddit travel forum to begin with).
