Lo scorso marzo abbiamo avuto un notevole ritardo nella partenza di un volo per l'India. Pensavamo di avere diritto a un rimborso e ci siamo rivolti alla agenzia Click2Refund che prima non conoscevamo. La nostra scelta è ricaduta su questa agenzia per le tante recensioni positive che avevamo letto on line. Pensavamo che fosse complicato trattare con una compagnia non italiana, ma è stato tutto molto facile e veloce, grazie all'assistenza di Irwin che ha capito le nostre titubanze e ci ha seguito passo passo. I highly recommend this company.
Thanks Click 2 Refund for my refund! I had exhausted everything I could try to get a refund from United for a canceled flight in Germany with no luck. Then I discovered Click 2 Refund and thought I had nothing to lose since they don’t charge unless successful. It was easy to apply and my agent Boris kept me updated as it took nearly 6 months to get my €600 because United blocked the EU legally required refund every way they could! Click kept 28% but it was worth it as on my own I’m sure I would have gotten nothing. I highly recommend this company.

Click2Refund helped us to recover some money we hit a brick wall with British Airways initially dealt directly. I never thought that such a reputable organisation like British Airways doesn't care about customers. Occasionally, after search on Google, I found Click2Refund and they truly recovered what was outstanding from BA after some period of time. Good on them.

I rarely write reviews on Google, but I felt I should write this review to talk about my experience with Click 2 Refund. I was not really expecting anything when I submitted my claim with Click 2 Refund in December 2024 and I completely forgot about my claim as more than 18 months passed, but three days ago I got an email from them telling me that my claim was successful and today I got my compensation after deducting their fees and HST. That was amazing! They are worth your trust; just be patient as dealing with airlines takes lots of time. Thanks, Click 2 Refund

Click2Refund worked really well for us
Click2Refund worked really well for us. We flew from Phoenix to Florence. The time it would have taken to handle the filing for the EU REG 261/2004 would have been significantly more complicated and time consuming. DAVID C kept us up to date and handled all the communications for our claim. From the beginning British Air denied our claim multiple times, starting at the airport. It took us 3 days to catch up with our group. I began to read about Click2Refund and found it was a legitimate agency who could pursue our claim for the 600 euros/person to which we were entitled. It took a couple of months, but we did receive the money. Click2Refund does charge a 29% fee IF and only if money is collected on your behalf. We kept $683/person less the 29% fee to Click2Refund, so our total recovery for 2 people was $970....well worth my time to send receipts and my boarding passes. Thanks, David C for all your help!

I hired Click2Refund after British Airways denied my claim for reimbursement
I hired Click2Refund after British Airways denied my claim for reimbursement after they sold my family's tickets because my first connecting flight "wasn't supposed to make it on time." I DID try to fight with BA myself, but they kept denying me so I went with Click2Refund. I worked with Simon who was very helpful and would respond to my emails within 24 hours. It wasn't a quick process, but they were able to recover what was owed to us! They don't charge fees out of pocket, they just take a percent of what you get back.
