They helped me to recover approximately 180euro for my sudden delayed flight. It took around 6 months to achieve it but that refund covered my tickets price, so it's better then nothing!

My friend, who was on the same flight as me and therefore experienced the exact same delay, submitted her complaint directly through the airline's website and ultimately received no compensation
Thanks to Click 2 Refund, I got 2/3 of my flights cost back. My contact person, Allen Miller, was extremely helpful and responded to my emails very quickly. I’m glad I chose Click2Refund. From my experience it es important to go through with the complaint as soon as possible after the delay or cancellation of the flight.

A little late with this review, but I must say I honestly didn’t expect much at first—and I was pleasantly surprised by how well it worked out. After researching a few options, I came across Click2Refund. I submitted all the required information. The website clearly states that claims can take some time, so I knew upfront that patience would be required. I was asked to provide my bank details for the deposit, which I was initially hesitant to do. After doing some research and confirming everything seemed legitimate, I went ahead and submitted the information. Shortly after, I was informed that the reimbursement amount was €2,000 (€400 per person), minus a 29% fee for their service. While the fee is noticeable, I honestly don’t think I would have pursued the claim successfully on my own—and many people simply wouldn’t bother at all. Overall, the service delivered exactly what it promised, and the outcome exceeded my expectations.
